Where notifications appear
The notification popover is available on every page. It includes approvals, workflow errors, and system alerts.
Approvals in notifications
Approval requests appear with a summary of the action and a direct approve or reject option.1
Open the popover
Select the Notifications icon.

Review the request
Open the approval item to see the action details.

Approve or reject
Choose Approve or Reject to resolve the request.
Error notifications
When a workflow fails, an error notification is created with links to the related agent activity details.You can open the notification to view inputs, outputs, and the error message.
Notification settings
You can configure preferences in Profile settings to control email notifications and on-platform alerts.
