What the profile page covers

Use the Profile page to manage the account you sign in with. From this page you can:
  • Update your contact information shown to other users in the platform.
  • Change the email address or password used to sign in.
  • Subscribe to agent notifications delivered by email and in the portal.

Update contact information

Your contact information identifies you in the platform. Keep your name and job title accurate so other users in your tenant can recognize you.

Open your profile

Select your avatar in the top navigation, then choose Profile.

Edit your details

Update First Name, Last Name, and Job Title under Update contact information.

Save your changes

Click Update Contact Information.
A confirmation toast appears when the update succeeds.

Update login information

The login section controls how you sign in to Maadify. You can change your email address or set a new password.

Change your email

Changing your email starts a confirmation flow. The new address is not active until you confirm it from the email Maadify sends.

Enter the new email

Update the Email field under Update login information.

Submit the change

Click Update Email. Maadify sends a confirmation link to the new address.

Confirm from your inbox

Open the confirmation link to activate the new email.
Until the link is opened, the profile page shows the pending email and a Cancel Email Change option.
If you sent a confirmation to the wrong address, click Cancel Email Change to revert to your current email before the link is opened.

Change your password

Enter the new password

Type the new value into both Password and Confirm Password.

Save the password

Click Update Password. Maadify rejects the change when the two fields do not match.
After updating your password, sign in again on any other devices where you stay logged in.

Set up notifications

Use the Notifications section to subscribe to alerts when your agents return results. When an option is enabled, Maadify sends both an email and an in-portal notification each time the matching event occurs. The three notification types are:
  • Receive Errors: sent any time an agent returns an error, such as a trigger operation that fails and stops a workflow.
  • Receive Warnings: sent any time an agent returns a warning, such as a sub-agent operation that fails. The parent agent may self-correct, but the warning gives you visibility into what happened.
  • Receive Updates: sent for general informational events from agents. This is used for messages like an asynchronous operation completing.
Each notification you receive in the portal links to the agent activity that produced it, so you can open it to review inputs, outputs, and any error message. See Notifications for details on the in-portal notification popover.

Choose which events to receive

In the Notifications section, select the checkbox for each event type you want to subscribe to: Receive Errors, Receive Warnings, or Receive Updates.

Save your preferences

Click Update Notification Settings.
A confirmation toast appears when the preferences are saved. New events that match your selections are then delivered by email and in the portal.
Start with Receive Errors so you are alerted when an agent fails. Add Receive Warnings when you want visibility into self-corrected sub-agent issues, and Receive Updates when you rely on long-running asynchronous operations.
